About Magujoy
Money makes more sense when you understand it first
Magujoy works with individuals who want a clearer picture of where their money goes - and a realistic plan for what comes next.
The background
What we actually do here
Magujoy started in Cork in 2017 as a small practice focused on one specific problem: most people know they should budget, but very few have a structure that holds up past the first month. We built tools and processes around that gap.
The work is practical. A client brings their income, fixed costs, and spending history. We build a structured monthly budget, identify where friction occurs, and create a written plan that accounts for irregular expenses - car repairs, annual subscriptions, seasonal costs.
How we work
Four principles that shape every engagement
Specificity
Generic advice rarely sticks. Every plan reflects actual income and real spending patterns.
Honesty
We flag problems in a budget rather than smooth them over. That includes savings targets that are too aggressive.
Structure
A budget without categories and review dates is a wish list. We build in checkpoints from the start.
Continuity
Clients return when circumstances change - new job, family shift, debt payoff. The plan adapts.
The people behind the plans
Small team, specific focus
Each advisor at Magujoy handles a defined area of personal finance - from debt restructuring to long-term saving frameworks. No generalists.
Orsolya Fekete
Lead Financial Advisor
Orsolya has spent fourteen years building personal budget frameworks for clients across Ireland and Central Europe. She focuses on households managing irregular income - freelancers, contractors, and seasonal workers.
Ragnvald Ström
Debt Planning Specialist
Ragnvald works specifically with clients carrying multiple credit lines or loan obligations. He maps repayment sequencing against monthly cash flow rather than applying a fixed formula to every situation.
Magujoy founded - Cork, Ireland
The practice opened with two advisors and a single focus: structured personal budgeting for individuals who had tried and abandoned spreadsheet-based approaches. Remote sessions were introduced in 2019, expanding reach to clients across twelve countries.
